Epilepsy Foundation app for iPhone and iPad

The Epilepsy Foundation app allows patients to store their epilepsy related medical history
that can be quickly accessed during times of medical emergencies.

Remiders - It provides with functionality of setting reminders for taking medications, doing medical tests, and appointments with the doctor.

Epilepsy Questionnaire - It provides a diagnostic analysis of symptoms by asking a series of relevant questions.

Epilepsy Detector - It will detect a persons motion while the phone is in their pocket or worn on a belt. When a seizure is detected it will trigger a warning, inform the person that it is about to send an SMS to his/her emergency contact. In case of a false alarm, the person will be able to cancel the SMS alert.

The app works in online as well as in offline mode.
